Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong hands-on experience in US Bookkeeping, US Payroll, and Accounting Operations.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in US Bookkeeping and US Payroll Processing.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Gusto.
- Knowledge of US GAAP, AP, AR, and invoicing.
- Experience in bank and credit card reconciliations.
- General ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of payroll taxes and US federal/state tax compliance.
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience working with US clients or CPA firms is preferred.
