Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a USA Admission Counsellor located in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include providing expert guidance on university admissions and visa processes for students seeking higher education in the USA. The role also involves conducting counseling sessions, addressing student queries, assisting in application preparation, and offering insights into various academic and career opportunities. The Admission Counsellor will closely work with students to identify their academic aspirations and recommend suitable universities while delivering excellent customer service and support throughout the admission process.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively counsel students and guide them through the admission process.
• Customer Service and Sales experience to deliver a high-quality experience for students and achieve enrollment goals.
• Understanding of the Education domain and familiarity with university admission processes, particularly in the USA.
• Ability to handle and resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Desirable qualifications include prior experience in academic counseling, a background in international education, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
