Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to U.S. residential customers.
- Explain fixed-rate energy plans clearly and persuasively.
- Build trust, handle objections, and close deals.
- Record all interactions in CRM software.
- Maintain compliance with U.S. telemarketing laws.
- Continuously improve your pitch and conversion rates.

Work Location & Training:
- Training (12 weeks): Remote & paid.
- Post-training: Must report on-site at the Vasant Kunj, Delhi office.
- By Spring/Summer 2026: Office will relocate to Dwarka, Delhi apply only if you can work at both locations.
Working Hours (IST)
- Mandatory shift: 6:30 PM IST 3:00 AM IST (8:30 AM EST 5:00 PM EST)
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend shifts are optional.

- You CANNOT be a college student. This role requires full-time night availability.
- Graduates and freshers are welcome to apply.
- Mandatory Working Hours: 6:30 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST (8:30 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST), Monday to Friday.
- Full-time availability is required. No second jobs or overlapping commitments.
