Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT services such as website development, software solutions, digital marketing, and design services
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, and inbound inquiries
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions aligned with their business goals
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product/service demonstrations to clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into confirmed sales
  • Coordinate with the technical and design teams to ensure accurate solution delivery and timelines
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals profitably
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and client communication logs
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve sales strategy
  • Provide post-sales support coordination to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
