We are seeking a full-time US Technical Recruiter to join our team in an on-site capacity at our Noida office. The US Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent. An integral part of the role involves collaborating with hiring managers, identifying client needs, and building strong partnerships. The recruiter will oversee end-to-end talent acquisition efforts while ensuring the delivery of highly qualified candidates within the IT domain.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and onboarding candidates
• Experience in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting, with the ability to identify and attract top technical talent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Understanding of hiring processes, employment laws, and industry-specific recruitment trends
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases is an advantage
• Proven success in working within fast-paced environments and meeting hiring goals
