US Technical Recruiter

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Technical Recruiter, based in Hyderabad. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying, sourcing, and hiring top-tier technical talent. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, utilizing various recruiting platforms, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Success in this position requires strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of technical hiring in a fast-paced environment.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong experience in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting for IT roles
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, collaboration, and relationship-building
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
