Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Technical Recruiter, based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and building strong relationships with hiring managers. The US Technical Recruiter will focus on identifying and securing top IT talent while ensuring the hiring process aligns with organizational goals and standards. Day-to-day tasks may also include providing recruitment support, negotiating offers, and maintaining candidate pipelines to meet business needs.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting for IT-related roles
  • Strong knowledge of hiring processes and best practices for identifying and securing high-caliber talent
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the U.S. is a plus
  • Proficient in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and platforms like LinkedIn
