US Technical Recruiter

Description

We are seeking a skilled US Technical Recruiter at Noida location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top technical talent for our US operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the tech industry and the ability to connect with candidates effectively.

In-person discussion required after first virtual round.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical positions in the US market
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and attract top talent
• Conduct market research to understand trends in the technology job market
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract candidates

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
• Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and the IT industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media recruiting and online job boards
• Familiar with all visa, H-1b, EAD, GC, Citizen.
• Familiar with Tax terms
