Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition for US roles for both Part Time and Full Time roles
  • Strong understanding of US employment laws and hiring practices.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for our US operations (both for Full Time and Part Time hiring). The ideal candidate will own the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing to onboardingensuring a seamless candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team culture.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, diversity hiring initiatives, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Market Insights: Keep abreast of US market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Provide recommendations to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US labor laws and internal policies.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics, generate reports on hiring status, and provide insights to leadership.
