Job Title : US Technical Recruiter (IT/NON IT/MANUFACTURING/LIGHT INDUSTRY/HEALTH*)

Job Type : Full Time Employment

Experience : 0.5-2 years

Salary : 15000 - 25000

Location: Remote

Timings : Night Shift (6:30 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST)

Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity in US Recruitment to work in a dynamic environment to grow the Career.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, career fairs, and phone calls.

• Should have worked both for W2, 1099 and C2C.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening with candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Post job openings on various job portals and platforms.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

• Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Proactively source candidates to meet staffing requirements.

• Manage and update candidate profiles and job postings within the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

• 6 Months to 2 years of experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment for US staffing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.

• IT background/Engineering hiring experience is an added advantage.
