About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated US Technical Recruiter to handle the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT professionals for contract and full-time roles while working closely with account managers and bench sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and job descriptions from US clients and vendors
  • Source, screen, and qualify IT candidates using job portals, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct initial technical and communication screenings
  • Format resumes and submit profiles to bench sales/account managers
  • Coordinate interviews and act as a liaison between candidates and clients
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple technologies
  • Ensure candidate compliance (visa, ID, experience letters, references, background details)
  • Track all activity in ATS including submissions, interviews, and placements
  • Follow up consistently with candidates and sales teams
  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring and submission targets
  • Stay updated on US market trends, hot skills, and pay rates

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a US Technical Recruiter
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment processes
  • Experience supporting C2C, W2, and full-time hiring models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Good understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD)
  • Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Strong screening, negotiation support, and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills

  • Existing vendor database and client contacts
  • Prior experience in mid to senior-level IT placements
  • Ability to independently handle end-to-end bench sales cycle
  • Experience working with ATS/CRM tools
