Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Technical Recruiter located in Gota, Ahmedabad. The US Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified U.S based technical candidates. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand job requirements, building candidate pipelines through various channels, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and ensuring successful onboarding. The recruiter will play a critical role in identifying top talent for technical roles and contributing to the growth of client organizations.
Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Recruiting processes
• Strong grasp of Hiring and general Recruiting strategies
• Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and familiarity with sourcing techniques on platforms like LinkedIn and job boards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and work authorization processes is a plus
