Job Summary
We are urgently looking for a Technical Recruiter who can join immediately, with experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for the US market. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit qualified IT candidates for US-based positions.
Screen candidates and assess technical skills and experience.
Use LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Meet daily/weekly recruitment and placement targets.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in US Technical Recruiting.
Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
