US Technical Recruiter

Hired by Matrix, Inc. is looking for dynamic and talented individuals to join our team as IT Recruiter (US Markets), specializing in hiring individuals in IT domain

Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite | Immediate joiners preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for client assignments across the United States.
• Source, screen, and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
• Network online and offline to promote our employer brand, reduce time-to-hire, and attract top talent.
• Maintain strong candidate and consultant relationships to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as US IT Recruiter to filling tech roles within VMS/MSP environments on W2.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension).
• Working knowledge of common stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript frameworks, cloud, data, Software, projects, design methods, Tech stacks etc.) to interpret job descriptions and assess candidates accurately
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, resume databases and job boards.
• Proven success in candidate engagement, relationship management, negotiation, and closing.
