Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly competent and performance-driven US Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 4 years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing Direct Client, MSP, and VMS requirements, along with a strong track record of delivering high-quality submissions within defined timelines.

Experience hiring across key domains such as BFSI, Retail, and Pharma will be critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work extensively on Direct Client, MSP, and VMS requirements, ensuring timely and quality submissions.
  • Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
  • Conduct in-depth screening to evaluate candidates technical expertise, communication skills, visa status, and domain alignment.
  • Collaborate with account managers and hiring managers to understand role requirements across BFSI, Retail, and Pharma domains.
  • Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Manage rate negotiations, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay updated on US staffing trends, visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC), and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Staffing.
  • Mandatory experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS models.
  • Strong experience recruiting for BFSI, Retail, and Pharma domains.
  • Solid understanding of IT technologies and technical roles (Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, QA, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder.
  • Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Mandatory experience working with ATS tools such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding submission and placement targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in US time zones (night shifts).
