US Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120)
• Handle multi-state tax filings and ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
• Review financial statements and supporting documents for tax return accuracy
• Manage end-to-end tax engagements for US clients
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
• Supervise and mentor junior tax professionals
• Ensure timely filing of returns and adherence to deadlines
• Coordinate with clients to gather required financial data and resolve queries
• Stay updated with US tax laws and regulatory changes
• Assist in IRS notices, audits, and tax assessments
