This is a full-time, on-site Global HRO (Human Resources Outsourcing) opportunity based in Bengaluru, with a competitive salary offering of up to 7 LPA. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth service delivery to clients, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, HR data analysis, and process optimization to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Strong knowledge of Human Resource Operations, including payroll, employee lifecycle management, and compliance processes.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, relationship building, and effective communication skills.
• Data analysis skills and the ability to use HR systems efficiently are a must.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in a dynamic environment.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in HR operations; prior experience in BPO, KPO, or related domains is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
