US Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Oxford Solutions Inc. a professional staffing firm located on the east coast of the United States in North America has an opening for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer.

This role is open to offshore candidates who can work remotely. You will be working to fill job openings for companies located in the United States.

Must be able to follow east cost of the United States (EST) hours. Work hours in IST would be 7 pm to 4 am.

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be responsible for the initial stage of the recruiting process. You will utilize different channels (internal database, job boards, LinkedIn, social media) to search for potential candidates, reach passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future employment needs.

Responsibilities

• Run targeted keyword searches to match candidates with open jobs
• Recognize qualified applicant profile utilizing different sourcing procedures.
• Create talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Engage and activate passive candidates through recruiting best practices and programs.
• Draft and send recruiting emails to the desired candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Entry level to 1 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate research or sourcing role.
• Advanced internet research experience using Boolean search techniques preferred
• Good computer skills; Ability to learn new systems and processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding time-management and organizational skills
