Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a US Survey Process Specialist located in Ranchi. Responsibilities include conducting surveys for clients, gathering and analyzing data, interpreting results, and creating detailed reports. The role requires strong communication skills for interacting effectively with clients and team members while ensuring the quality and accuracy of survey outcomes. The specialist will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and meet client expectations on project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to process and interpret survey data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and teams
• Proficiency in creating detailed and accurate reports
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with survey tools and data management software is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Communications, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience is preferred
