Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior/Lead US Recruiter located in Chandigarh. The Senior/Lead US Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles. The recruiter will develop recruiting strategies, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and providing a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting for various roles
• Strong skills in developing recruiting strategies and conducting interviews
• Experience in managing the hiring process and collaborating with hiring managers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain candidate databases
• Experience in providing a positive candidate experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
