Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven US Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with US-based clients, understanding their requirements, and closing sales while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market
- Make outbound calls/emails to prospective US clients
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions/services
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in US night shifts
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead generation
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in US sales, B2B/B2C sales, or international calling
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Knowledge of IT services/recruitment industry (added advantage)
