Job Title: US Staffing - IT & Non-IT Recruitment

Location: Goregaon East , Mumbai (Work from office only)

Shift - US Shift (no pick & drop)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience - at least 2 years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter who can handle both IT and Non-IT requirements for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the US recruitment lifecycle, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and clients across US time zones
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions
• Negotiate compensation and close positions effectively
• Maintain and update ATS/database regularly
• Ensure quality, speed, and compliance in submissions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)
