Job Title: Director US IT Staffing & Operations
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned leadership professional with extensive experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment operations to lead business delivery, client engagement, and team performance. The role requires strong operational leadership, strategic decision-making, and the ability to manage complex client and team dynamics while ensuring consistent delivery and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end US IT Staffing operations, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to SLAs.
- Act as the senior point of contact for US clients, managing escalations, negotiations, and long-term client relationships.
- Drive rate, margin, and contract negotiations with clients and vendors.
- Handle high-pressure and complex situations involving client demands, delivery challenges, and team performance.
- Resolve issues across client-facing operations and internal recruitment teams in a timely and structured manner.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing US recruitment and delivery teams.
- Drive productivity, performance metrics, and accountability across teams.
- Take ownership of critical decision-making, acting independently when required to meet business objectives.
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Strengthen internal processes, leadership capability, and team structure within the US Staffing function.
Required Competencies & Skills:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment (C2C, CTH, FTE) in leadership roles.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage client escalations and complex delivery challenges.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and driving high performance.
- Excellent decision-making abilities with minimal dependency on stakeholders.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in SAP staffing environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of building and scaling strong US Staffing teams.

- Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM)
- Compensation: Up to 40 LPA (flexible for the right candidate)
