Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media
- Understanding client requirements and matching suitable candidates
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Maintaining candidate records and recruitment database
- Supporting the recruitment team in closing open positions
Eligibility
- Freshers and candidates interested in starting a career in recruitment are welcome
- Very Strong communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in night shift (US timings)
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage
