Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Location: WFH (Work From Home)

Compensation and Benefits:

Stipend: 10,000 15,000 per month

Monthly stipend increment based on performance , Joinee and progress

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media

Understanding client requirements and matching suitable candidates

Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates

Maintaining candidate records and recruitment database

Supporting the recruitment team in closing open positions

Eligibility:

Freshers and candidates interested in starting a career in recruitment are welcome

Very Strong communication skills in English

Willingness to work in night shift (US timings)

Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage
