Job Description

Experience- 3- 5 years

This role is on 3rd party (contract)

Location- Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

.Source potential candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and job boards.

.Screen resumes and application forms to shortlist qualified candidates.

.Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person to assess candidates skills and cultural fit.

.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

.Prepare and distribute assignments or tests (e.g., logical reasoning, language proficiency).

.Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, and other channels.

.Provide hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates.

.Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.

.Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

.Collaborate with HR for onboarding new hires.

Skills:

.Proficiency in ATS and HR software.

.Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.

.Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.

.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
