- End-to-end recruitment for non-IT engineering roles across the US market
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking
- Understand client job requirements and identify suitable candidates with relevant engineering backgrounds
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate experience, qualifications, and communication skills
- Negotiate compensation, job roles, and other offer details in alignment with candidate and client expectations
- Handle all coordination with candidates scheduling interviews, managing feedback, and keeping them engaged through the process
- Perform reference checks and ensure compliance with company/client guidelines
- Regular follow-up with offered candidates until onboarding
- Maintain records, update trackers, and contribute to best practices for team productivity

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field
- 16 years of US staffing experience in engineering or non-IT recruitment
- Exposure to industries like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Automotive, Aerospace, or Energy preferred
