About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Recruiter Leadership Hiring to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership hiring across Sales, Manufacturing, and BFSI verticals, particularly having knowledge in catering SI clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the US recruitment landscape, sourcing strategies, and proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles across Sales, Manufacturing, and BFSI verticals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with Big4 clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of US geography to target and attract top talent from relevant regions.
- Conduct initial screening, competency assessments, and present qualified profiles to hiring managers.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of recruitment targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across the US.
Key Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in leadership/technical hiring for US-based roles.
- Strong exposure to recruiting within Sales, Manufacturing, and BFSI sectors.
- Experience working with or supporting Tier-1/2 SI clients is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools/platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Sound understanding of US geography, job market, and visa regulations.
- Willing to work in US shift (6:30 PM IST onwards) from office in Domlur, Bangalore.
