This is a full-time on-site role for a US Recruiter located in Vadodara. The US Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles across multiple domains. Day-to-day tasks include writing job descriptions, posting job ads, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage the recruitment process efficiently.

• Sourcing, Screening, and Hiring skills
• Experience in writing job descriptions and posting job ads
• Interviewing and Coordination skills
• Maintaining candidate databases and record-keeping
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara
• Experience in IT and Global Workforce Solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
