Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client job requirements and expectations.
- Source and screen resumes from various job boards.
- Conduct cold calling, schedule interviews, and handle salary & offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with Leads and Managers to meet hiring targets within set timelines.
- Work proactively to achieve recruitment goals.
