We are seeking a skilled US Recruiter to join our team in India, specializing in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and hiring top talent for the US market, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT and Non-IT positions in the US market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms for talent acquisition, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in IT and Non-IT sectors.
- Strong understanding of US labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-making.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, social media recruiting, and networking.
