We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with a proven track record of 2+ years in US Non-IT Recruitments. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in sourcing and End-to-End Recruitment, with a mandatory focus on W2 engagements. Experience working with VMS (Vendor Management System) & ATS (Applicant Tracking System), along with a mandatory background with BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) direct clients, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Full Recruiting Life Cycle for US Non-IT roles, including:
- Gathering detailed requirements from BFSI direct clients.
- Candidate prospecting and proactive sourcing using various platforms and strategies.
- Thorough candidate screening to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Effective negotiation of rates, salaries, and contract terms (W2).
- Candidate submission, diligent follow-up with clients and candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and supporting the candidate through the entire onboarding process.
- Mandatory experience in W2 recruitment, understanding the nuances and compliance requirements.
- Work efficiently with VMS (Vendor Management System) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms to manage requisitions, submit candidates, and track progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and direct clients in the BFSI sector.
- Operate with a high sense of urgency, managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, sharing knowledge and contributing to collective success.
- Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Stay updated on US market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in US Non-IT Recruitments.
- Mandatory experience in W2 recruitment.
- Mandatory experience working with BFSI Direct Clients.
- Experience with VMS (Vendor Management System) & ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Demonstrated ability to manage the Full Recruiting Life Cycle.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written English).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
- Candidates must have experience in US staffing, particularly in W2, & Direct Client Preferred.
