Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US Recruiter role based at the Ashley Global Capability Center in Chennai. The US Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across a variety of functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job descriptions, managing applicant pipelines, and coordinating interview schedules across time zones. The US Recruiter will collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure an inclusive, efficient, and high-quality hiring process that supports Ashley's growth and talent strategy.

Qualifications

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and HR teams across geographies.
  • Comfort working across time zones and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and standard recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of US hiring practices, employment processes, and basic compliance considerations is preferred.
  • Proven ability to maintain organized records, generate recruitment reports, and use data to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant recruiting or HR certifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
