What We're Looking For

2–6 years of US Recruitment experience

Mandatory: US Engineering or Federal Recruitment experience

Experience with US clients and staffing processes

Strong sourcing, screening & candidate management skills

What You'll Do:

Source, screen & connect top U.S. talent

Recruit for Engineering and Federal domain requirements

Collaborate with Account Managers to close strategic roles

Devise creative recruiting strategies

Evaluate candidates & negotiate offers

Build lasting relationships with clients & teams
