Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end US payroll processing using ADP
- Handling payroll queries and employee records
- US staffing & recruiting through Indeed job platform
- Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining payroll and recruitment documentation
- Ensuring compliance with US payroll policies and timelines
Requirements:- Graduation in any discipline (HR/Commerce preferred)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Basic understanding of US Payroll or US Recruitment (training can be provided)
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Good communication and MS Excel skills
