US Payroll Analyst

*US Payroll Analyst*with 3+year of work experience required *US based CPA firm* at *Dahisar, Mumbai*

* *Process complete US payroll cycles* , ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance

* *Handle payroll tax filings, including Forms* 941, 940, State Withholding, and SUTA

* *Manage wage calculations, deductions, overtime, benefits, and employer contributions*

* *Prepare and distribute Forms* W-2 and W-2C, ensuring IRS compliance

* *Perform payroll reconciliations, variance checks, and maintain audit-ready documentation using Excel*

* Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently

* *Coordinate with clients via email and calls to resolve payroll-related issues*

* Support month-end closing and payroll account reconciliation

*Timing: 4 pm to 12 am or 3 pm to 11 pm*

*June-Dec: 5-day weeks; rest: 6-day*

Salary *upto Rs40,000 per month (can be increased for a suitable candidate)*
