Position: - US operations for Deposit operations

Job Location: - Chennai - 7 -9yrs

Navi Mumbai 5 -6yrs

(5 Days Work from office)

Shift :- Evening shifts 6.30 pm to 4.30 am

Job responsibility: -

1. Checking and authorizing Clearing (Inward and Outward) transactions.
2. Knowledge of Issuance of balance confirmations
3. Strong numerical ability and accuracy
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage high volume .
5. Integrity, discipline and strong attention to details
6. Good communication and customer service skills
7. Handle ACH, wire transfer, Nach checks and deposit postings within defined timelines
8. Perform reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies
9. Monitor daily transaction queue
10. Maintain proper records and ensure audit readiness at all times.

Required skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills..
• Good knowledge of US banking systems and payment mechanisms (ACH, wire transfer, deposit processing) .
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Qualification:- Graduate in commerce or related field.

Experience:- 5-6 years of experience in deposit operations and reconciliation .
