Salary Range: INR4-6 LPA (Negotiable based on relevant experience) + Performance Incentives up to INR24 Lakhs
About The Role
We are looking for experienced recruiters with exceptional sourcing skills to join our team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on working on Non-IT & Healthcare requirements, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, screen, and engage top talent for Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, Healthcare and other Non-IT roles.
- Take ownership of Non-IT & Healthcare requirements, identifying fresh talent pools and ensuring quality submissions.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies across LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Maintain and update candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) while ensuring an efficient hiring process.
- Drive results by achieving and exceeding hiring goals & KPIs.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in US Non-IT/ Healthcare Recruitment on Full-time positions such as Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer, Construction Manager, Quality Engineer, Financial controller, Financial Analyst Therapists, Registered Nurses, Therapists, Physicians and other Allied Healthcare professional roles.
- Proven expertise in high-volume sourcing & Boolean search techniques
- Strong experience in ATS platforms and job board tools (Ex: Monster, Career Builder, and ZipRecruiter, Indeed etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
