Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced US Non IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various non-IT roles in the US market. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential candidates, as well as collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for various non-IT positions in the US market.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit for the role.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT sectors.
- Strong understanding of US employment laws and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade candidates.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, and networking.
