Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenNon-IT Recruiterwith 35 years of experience specializing inLight IndustrialandEngineeringsectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working withMSP clients, utilizingVMS platformslike Beeline and Fieldglass, and sourcing top talent through job boards such asIndeed, Monster, and CareerBuilder. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates forLight IndustrialandEngineeringroles across various locations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process forcontract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hirepositions.
- Partner withMSP programsand work withinVMS platforms(e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass) to manage job requisitions, candidate submittals, and compliance requirements.
- Utilize job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and other sourcing channels for active and passive candidate sourcing.
- Conduct candidate interviews to assess skill sets, experience, cultural fit, and availability.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and maintain high quality-of-service standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in recruiting.
Required Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience inNon-IT recruitment, specifically inLight IndustrialandEngineeringverticals.
- Hands-on experience withMSP clientsandVendor Management Systemssuch asBeeline, Fieldglass, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to recruit for a variety of employment types:contract,contract-to-hire, anddirect-hire.
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder) and other channels (LinkedIn, referrals, Boolean search, etc.).
- Excellentwritten and verbal communicationandinterpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of US Staffing in industrial and engineering sectors.
- ATS experience (e.g., Bullhorn, Job Diva, or similar systems).
