- Build relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to expand the talent pool.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and regulations related to healthcare recruitment.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or non-IT sectors.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare system and staffing requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
