Position: US Mortgage Live Underwriting

Experience Required: Minimum 5–7 Years

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift: US Shift

CTC: 30% hike on current CTC (Maximum up to 11 LPA)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Transport: Both-side cab facility provided

Role Overview:

The role involves handling live underwriting for US Mortgage loans, reviewing borrower profiles, analyzing financial documents, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform live underwriting for US Mortgage loans
• Review borrower income, assets, liabilities, and credit profiles
• Analyze loan documents to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
• Evaluate risk and make underwriting decisions
• Review loan conditions and clear stipulations
• Ensure adherence to investor and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with processors, closers, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain productivity, quality, and SLA targets

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in US Mortgage Underwriting
• Strong understanding of income calculation, credit analysis, and risk assessment
• Experience in handling conventional/FHA/VA loans preferred
• Good analytical and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in US Shift
