Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)

Eligibility: Freshers / Recent Graduates

Employment Type: Full-Time Internship (6 Months)

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated graduates to join our team as US Mortgage Processing Interns. This role provides structured training and hands-on exposure to the end-to-end US mortgage loan process, including documentation review, system updates, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review borrower documentation including income proofs, bank statements, employment details, and credit reports
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan files in line with client requirements
• Update and maintain loan data in CRM / Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Upload, organize, and track borrower documents within systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps
• Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality standards

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn mortgage processes and systems
• Ability to work in a night shift environment
• Collaborative and professional work attitude
