Experience Band: 2-5 Years
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Integrated Solutions Design:
- Actively participate in the design and implementation of complete integrated solutions within the Insurtech domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of quality assurance processes.
2. Project and Testing Scope Review:
- Review project requirements to thoroughly understand the project and testing scope.
- Provide valuable input during project planning and scope definition phases.
3. Test Development and Execution:
- Develop and execute required tests for in-scope changes and assigned use cases related to new and existing business partners.
- Implement tests to support regression testing and address associated defects.
4. Test Case Documentation:
- Document all test case results following company standards and utilizing company-managed templates.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized records of testing outcomes.
5. Requirements Alignment:
- Ensure that the product meets the requirements specified by end users through meticulous testing and validation.
- Identify missing requirements during the analysis for test case development and communicate to business analysts for additional development.
6. Defect Prevention and User Representation:
- Be a representative for the end-user perspective, actively working to prevent defects within the product.
- Collaborate with development teams to address potential issues and enhance product quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / science.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance within the Insurance industry.
- Proficient in test case development, execution, and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
