This is a full-time, on-site role for a Live Underwriter in the US mortgage sector. The position is based in Bengaluru. The Live Underwriter will review and analyze loan applications, assess creditworthiness, verify documentation, and make informed lending decisions in compliance with industry regulations. The role involves maintaining meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in underwriting processes, and effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders to facilitate the mortgage approval process.

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in the Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Underwriting, and Mortgages
• Strong experience with Underwriting processes and standards
• Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions confidently
• Attention to detail, adherence to regulatory requirements, and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant loan analysis tools and software
• Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in the mortgage industry or underwriting strongly preferred
