Required Skills & Experience

• Candidate should have atleast 3-4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT recruitment for contract, C2C, and full-time roles across technologies.
• Work closely with account managers, delivery managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source senior and niche IT talent using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, domain experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and manage interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
