Role: Sr. US IT Recruiter
Night Shift, Hyderabad Office - Mindspace Area
Duration: Full Time
Qualifications:
- Min 3-5 years of experience in Us staffing is a must.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, with a strong understanding of the IT industry and technology roles.
- Maintain a 2 hours turn around time (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Prior experience working on W2 & Corp 2 Corp requirement.
- Familiarity with recruiting software and databases (e.g., ATS, Oorwin, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Make sure that the potential employees have the necessary IT skills to meet client needs.
- Screen IT experts in a very specialized manner to determine their competency.
- Responsible for sourcing the right candidate profiles through various job portals like LinkedIn Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
- Thoroughly assessing candidate's basic skills and experience, area of interest, geographic location in the US, and visa types
