Roles and Responsibilities:
The Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities for our clients.
Act as point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client hiring process and submission guidelines.
Review and analyse active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.
Utilizes multiple internet resources, including social networking techniques to source candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates fit and technical competence.
Maintain submission trackers and daily/weekly reports.
Responsible for work on Contracts, Permanent positions.
Well-versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Extensive experience in handling a complete US recruitment life cycle.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
Excellent communications must.
