Job Description

We are looking for a US IT Staffing BDM who can bring new clients for IT staffing.

Candidates who already have their own client network or proven client acquisition experience will be given strong preference.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in staffing / recruitment business development and can immediately contribute by adding new clients to the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients from the US market (IT Staffing)
• Build pipelines, generate leads, and convert prospects
• Present company services and negotiate contracts
• Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets
• Maintain and grow longterm client relationships
• Coordinate with delivery/recruitment teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements

• 37 years of experience as US IT Staffing BDM
• Mandatory: Proven experience bringing new clients
• Preferred: Candidates who have their own US IT staffing client network
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work Onsite in the respective shift
• Immediate joiners preferred
