About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for our US-based clients, identifying top talent in the IT domain, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for US-based clients using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Understand client requirements and work on different IT job positions such as developers, engineers, architects, and project managers.

Handle full recruitment life cycle: from sourcing to scheduling interviews and closing the positions.

Coordinate with candidates and clients effectively to ensure timely and successful placements.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Maintain accurate records of interviews and hiring activity in the database.

Ensure compliance with all US labor laws and recruitment regulations.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).

Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work in US time zone (night shift).
